Where is this strange literary excerpt on humanity / evolution / space from?

Q: *My thoughts are scattered, I didn't edit anything out...its kind of everywhere, I go off on a tangent... after writing this i just feel screwed up in my head lost... anyways thanks in advance.

I don't know why, but I have never been smart when it comes to school.

And most recently served as director of advanced technology, where he was responsible for representing the interests of Sinclair in matters of industry and technical standards, the implementation of DTV (HDTV and mobile) and Sinclair representative on the ATSC, OMVC, Mobile500 and other related industry organizations. Mr. Aitken is the President of the ATSC TSG/S4, the expert panel responsible for Mobile DTV Standards and has been involved in the migration of the broadcasting industry to advanced services since 1987 when it was first engaged with the FCC ACATS (Advisory Committee on Advanced Television Service) activities.Prior to joining Sinclair, Mr. Aitken held various positions in the Division of Comark Thomcast (now Thomson Broadcast), including Director of Systems Engineering, RF Engineering and Sales Engineering groups, as well as director of Marketing and Sales Support which included DTV Strategic Planning responsibilities. Whereas with Comark, Mr. Aitken was part of "Emmy Award Winning Team" that revolutionized the broadcast industry by bringing IOT technology market. Mr. Aitken is a member of the AFCCE, IEEE and SMPTE .He is the author of numerous articles dealing with innovative RF product developments, advanced digital television system design and implementation strategies related, holds patents for various RF devices, and was the recipient of the "broadcast and Cable "Technology Leadership Award in 2008.
