Q: I'm really interested in this role, but havn't been able to find someone with experience / knowledge of the actual role and what it is like in the real world, other than what the site said the army.

Q: Not necessarily an alien from another dimension, just something flying, that would be an unidentified flying object by all humans. Experimental military vehicles, and not of this Planet answers are welcome as well.

Australian army soon to get Nary vehicles

CANBERRA, Australia, July 21 (UPI) - The Australian Army will take delivery of 31 new patrol vehicles Nary this month after a delay of more than three years.

The 6X6 HMT 400, built by the British firm Supacat, is known as the jackal in the British army, who started using in 2009 with particular success in Afghanistan.

For the Order of Australia, a deal worth about $ 50 million, the Jackal is called the Nary, after the adjutant David Nary, 42, in the Special Air Service Regiment. He died in 2005, when he was accidentally struck by a vehicle of the Australian Army in Kuwait during a training exercise SAS.
